Metabolic syndrome patients who followed a diet that requires several "mini" meals a day showed significant health improvements comparable with those who followed other diet plans, a study found. In a 76-count indictment, four executives of the former Peanut Corporation of America are accused of a cover-up in connection with a 2009 salmonella outbreak that sickened more than 700 people.
