Ariel Finkelstein, CEO of Kampyle, argues that the Internet, and consumers' improving access to it, is fundamentally changing the retail landscape. Retailers need to either adapt or pay the price, according to Finkelstein. He also dismisses the argument that adding an online channel could cannibalise a retailer's traditional operations.
