IBM’s Watson did more than beat game-but-overmatched human contestants in an onstage Jeopardy! contest Sunday afternoon. Magazine Voce, a new effort by one of Brazil’s largest durable goods retail chains, allows employee family members to create their own virtual stores within social media networks like Facebook and Orkut. They choose up to 60 products to recommend to their friends – and earn commissions of up to 4.5 percent for their efforts. Read more here.
