    The Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing yesterday on the Jobs Originated through Launching Travel Act, which seeks to revise U.S. visa regulations and boost foreign travel and tourism. The JOLT Act would reduce visa wait times and delays, modernize State Department technology and mobility, and encourage more foreign consumers and shoppers to travel, dine and shop in the United States.
