Kellogg unveils cereal strategy
Kellogg says it will increase cereal sales by offering products with nutrition for adults, such as Raisin Bran with omega-3 and multigrain Special K. Coke Foundation announces million-dollar donation
The Coca-Cola Foundation will give $1 million in a multi-year grant to support the National Council of Negro Women. Small and midsize companies are more likely than larger counterparts to report growth in dollar sales, volume and market share, according to a study by The Boston Consulting Group and IRi. Smaller companies "are generally concentrating on a few product categories in which they have a competitive advantage and experience strong consumer demand," said Krishnakumar Davey of IRi.
