- Ethnic launches cast a wider net, Mintel says
Launches related to ethnic cuisine are moving beyond Italian, Mexican and Asian, Mintel said. The research firm noted a 150% increase in Caribbean food launches last year compared with 2009, 68% for Thai and 230% for Japanese.
