Google debuted its +1 button this week, which will allow visitors to participating merchants' sites, including Best Buy and Nordstrom, to recommend products and other site content to their friends. - Newegg is no longer looking to go public
Newegg, which originally filed to go public in September 2009, has given the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission notice that it no longer is planning an IPO. Lee Cheng, the company's general counsel, said Newegg will look at other ways to obtain a fresh infusion of working capital.
