Chicago-based mobile food ordering and delivery service GrubHub has raised $50 million in a new funding round and acquired New York City-based Dotmenu, the parent of Campusfood and Allmenus. GrubHub boasts 13,000 menus from restaurants in 13 major U.S. markets. Dotmenu offers a similar service that's focused on college campuses around the country. Michigan legislators unveiled a bill that would require Amazon and other online retailers with affiliates there to collect the state's 6% sales tax from in-state buyers.
