In a survey of soft-drink shoppers from the American Customer Satisfaction Index, Dr Pepper Snapple took the top spot in customer satisfaction, with Coca-Cola and PepsiCo tied for second place. Soft drinks overall scored 84 out of a possible 100 points, making it the second-most-popular category out of about 45 in the index, topped only by electronics with a score of 85.
