- Mercator warns about risks involved in takeover talks
Mercator management said it supports a decision by its shareholders to continue takeover talks with Agrokor of Croatia, but said caution was necessary. The major online retailers in China expect to see sales rise significantly in 2012, prompting a scramble for warehouse space. "Everyone wants more warehouses," said Ji Wenhong, chief executive officer of luxury goods retailer xiu.com.
