Nice N Easy Grocery Shoppes opened its first mini grocery in Brewerton, N.Y., where the closest supermarket is four miles away. The 6,750-square-foot store, the largest for the convenience store chain, is considered a prototype for other mini grocers in communities lacking easy access to food.
