    GMA joined forces with consumer and corporate groups on Monday to push for passage of food safety legislation after the bill was put on hold last week. The coalition included representatives from Food Marketing Institute, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Snack Food Association and the Center for Science in the Public Interest.
