WPP agencies JWT and Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide have teamed to form JWT/OgilvyAction to create shopper marketing strategies. "We need someone to help us navigate who is our target and how she decides to buy," said Deborah Hannah of Kimberly-Clark, which is working with the venture.
