    Landmark, a retail and leisure group based in the Middle East, is planning to take over Carluccio's, an Italian restaurant chain, for £90.3 million. The bid has not yet been approved by Carluccio's largest shareholder. Richard Caring, a restaurant and clothing entrepreneur, owns roughly 12% of Carluccio's shares.
