 - Segmenting food helps people eat less, study finds
Inserting a colored potato chip that acts as a divider in the middle of a stack of regular chips reduces consumption by 50%, according to a study in the Journal of Health Psychology. University of Pennsylvania professor Paul Rozin said the study showed that segmenting food can get people to eat less and that "if you put less in front of them and give them a signal, they will take it."
