- Whole Foods app offers coupons for helping the planet
Whole Foods Market created an Apple iPhone application with BlueAvocado and the Whole Planet Foundation that gives coupons for environmentally friendly products when users take actions such as bicycling to work or using recyclable bags. The application, "Make Change. Not Waste," also allows users to donate a portion of the coupon value to the Whole Planet Foundation.
