    Gianpaolo Ravazzotti, CEO of the South African tile retailer Italtile, and eight colleagues died in an aircraft crash this week. Del-Maree English, a spokeswoman for Italtile, said the company's plans are not firm. "There is no indication of when the succession announcements will be made. Peter Swatton is managing this announcement on behalf of the company and is the most senior company person, with in excess of 20 years of service," English said.
