  • Consumers look past social media to other touchpoints, report finds
Most consumers prefer to connect with brands via word of mouth, e-mail and company websites rather than social media channels, according to a report by digital ad agency Razorfish. Being willing to engage customers is more important than embracing social technology, the report finds.
