    MillerCoors will change the packaging for Coors Light this year in an attempt to jolt sluggish sales. Cans and bottles will feature an indicator that shows customers when the beer is "super cold."     Del Monte Foods Co. will name Neil Harrison of Vestar Capital Partners as the company's interim CEO.   • Rep. Dingell: FDA needs funding to implement food-safety law
    The House Budget Committee and the House Committee on Appropriations should provide the Food and Drug Administration with sufficient funding to immediately implement the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act, Rep.
