Retailers including Target, Rite Aid, Publix Super Markets and Walgreen are setting rules to limit "extreme couponing," which can clear shelves, tie up checkout lines and disturb supply-chain formulas. - Target stores in Canada will sell perishable food
Target stores opening in Canada will sell fresh food, as those in the U.S. recently began doing, said Tony Fisher, president of Target Canada. "The breadth of our food assortment will vary by market," he said.
