A Massachusetts man and his fishing crew hauled in an 881-pound tuna, but federal authorities confiscated it because of the method by which the fish was caught. "They said it had to be caught with rod and reel. ... We did everything by the book. Nobody ever told me we couldn't catch it with a net," said Carlos Rafael.
