Advertising startup Appssavvy has won $7.1 million in new funding from a group that includes AOL. Appssavvy uses what it calls an "adtivity" platform that shows online ads based on online activity, such as spots that run on game sites when players are moving up to the next level rather than interrupting the user's experience.
