- Wal-Mart takes controlling stake in China's Yihaodian
Wal-Mart has increased its stake in Chinese e-commerce company Yihaodian to 51%, subject to government approval, the company said. Yihaodian sells groceries and consumer products, providing same-day and next-day delivery through a logistics network that operates in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Wuhan and Chengdu.
