  • Participate in GMA-FMI unloading predictability survey opportunity
In collaboration with their Joint Unloading Predictability Sub Team, FMI and GMA have commissioned Kurt Salmon Associates to develop recommended practices for enhancing receiving dock unloading. KSA will publish a white paper on these practices scheduled for release in January at the 2012 TPA Supply Chain Conference. This white paper will be used as a tool to approach a more efficient unloading process in a fair and equitable manner, inclusive of Fair Cost Sharing Recommendations.

Manufacturer and retailer industry input is requested for this project. If you are a manufacturer or retailer and are interested in participating in an industry survey on unloading predictability, contact GMA's Jessica Martin. LinkedInFacebookTwitterEmail this Story
