Sara Lee said it will seek a listing on the Amsterdam stock exchange for its coffee and tea business and will base the business in the Netherlands after the company is split in two. CEO Jan Bennink said the unit, which includes the Netherlands-based Douwe Egberts coffee brand, has "solid market positions and deep roots in many European markets," adding, "Domiciling [it] in the Netherlands allows management to be close to its key Western European markets and effectively manage its global portfolio." Coca-Cola's Powerade brand is teaming with 7-Eleven to offer Mountain Berry Blast Slurpees and fountain drinks sold in NCAA souvenir cups depicting "miracle moments" in the college March Madness tournaments.
